This is an internal change which should not impact server owners nor will server owners have to do anything different.

Numerous aspects of the code were improved in order to make the interface open slightly faster.

Materials within the interface now use the new imat method which handles material declarations before interface activated.

### ◾ Fixed minor visual glitch with delays

If a player clicked the exit button while the delay countdown was still active; it would make a large gap appear between the exit button and the settings button.

ServerGuard permissions are now more easily identifiable with new names.
